We are currently looking for a reliable and confident Construction Estimator who can take on a leadership role within our team.
Job Description:
The Construction Estimator will play a key role in our company, helping to ensure that our projects are priced accurately and competitively.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, able to converse confidently with customers, and will take every opportunity to upsell our services when appropriate.
This role involves reading blueprints, accurately measuring project areas, setting realistic expectations for our customers, and providing support for both office and field tasks.
Responsibilities:
Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
Conduct site visits to measure and assess project areas accurately.
Communicate with clients to provide realistic expectations and to upsell our services when possible.
Assist with office and field tasks as needed.
Drive company vehicles to and from job sites or client meetings Requirements:
Proven experience as a construction estimator Strong understanding of construction processes and materials Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sales-oriented mindset for upselling opportunities Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable, responsible, and able to multitask efficiently.
