Vartan Aero is an aircraft product support service provider and currently looking for recruiter to support our four US locations from the Mukilteo, WA office.
The ideal candidate is someone with recruiting experience who is able to work as part of a small HR team while assisting multiple locations.

aero Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a relationship with hiring managers and departments to help identify hiring needs Update and create job postings for external job postings Post jobs on desired job boards Review resumes and identify qualified candidates Conduct phone screens to determine if candidates are qualified Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates Help hiring managers through interviews and next steps including creating and sending offer letters if applicable Organize and track all correspondence with candidates Conduct pre-employment and HR onboarding for incoming hires Assist HR department with administrative tasks including but not limited to employment verifications, data entry, assisting employees and department leaders with questions and requests, maintaining proper documentation for all employee changes Excellent written and oral communication skills Interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in handling confidential and/or sensitive material Ability to prioritize and coordinate projects and tasks efficiently; ability to regularly meet tight deadlines Working knowledge of Windows and basic computer skills Ability to work in an environment of frequent interruptions.
High school diploma or GED Background in HR or recruiting 100% Employer paid health insurance after 1 year of service, 75% employer paid during first year of employment (excluding dependents) Employer paid Short Term Disability insurance (excluding WA employees) Employer paid Long Term Disability insurance Employer paid Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance Option for Supplemental Life insurance 401(k) with employer match 80 hours paid vacation per year at 3.
0769 hours per pay period 52 hours of sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked 12 paid holidays per year Overtime paid at time and half Worked holiday pay paid at triple time Opportunity to travel with costs covered 100% by the employer.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
