Ensure that the Cisneros Agency Client Relations process is followed consistently with all clients.
Role and Responsibilities 1.
Client requests- Phone, Email, Text.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
2.
Personal Insurance Review - Serve as a trusted advisor by uncovering the client's needs, identifying gaps in coverage, and recommending solutions and discounts using a proven client relation process.
3.
Upsell/ Prospecting - Implement upselling strategies to encourage existing clients to expand their coverage.
Engage in active prospecting to discover new business opportunities.
