PDS Tech Commercial Inc. is looking for a Tour Guide for an aerospace client to present detailed content and scripted material to visitors. This person will engage in STEM related interactive presentations, ticketing, and lobby services. The Tour Guide will act as a brand ambassador, delivering enhanced tours of various facilities, as well as executive and academic tours. Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for customer-focused interactions are some qualities an optimal candidate would bring. Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED 1
years' related work experience in a role which required strong customer service and communication skills 1
years' experience with a role that requires presenting, training, teaching, or acting in a client facing environment Ability to speak intermittently for 90 minutes at a time, 3-4 times daily Information retention skills 6 months experience giving public tours and/or public speaking preferred 6 months experience with technology related to events, exhibits, or POS preferred Proficient with Microsoft office tools Ability to use:
radio, microphone, computer, cell phone, writing implements, cleaning supplies, PPE equipment Flexible schedule with ability to work early mornings, mid-days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Pay Details:
